Becky has always had a love for sewing. Growing up watching her mother and grandmother sew, she took scraps of fabric and learned to sew. With the 2005 birth of Brantley, her first grandchild, Becky was inspired to sew beautiful clothing. Eventually, she left her nursing career to pursue her first passion of sewing. And Granny B's Clothesline was born!
Becky's clothing has been featured in Baby Couture and Business Report magazines. She was keynote speaker for Internet Innovation Alliance's summer symposium in Washington, D.C., where she spoke about owning an internet business in small town America. She displays her unique clothing designs at festivals in the southeast throughout the year.
Becky is a wife, mother, crafter, business owner, and survivor. Her greatest challenge came fifteen years ago with a diagnosis of breast and lung cancer. Facing and beating that challenge left her with the philosophy that when a door opens, have the courage to walk through it. Never wonder what if, life is too short.
Please check often. You never know what will be hanging on the line at Granny B's.
